In Cloud City, you will be competing against other architects to create a city model made of buildings that are connected by walkways, in a 3×3 lot. You will get to see what your project would look like from above the clouds!
The goal is to have the most or longest walkways to get the most City Council votes at the end of the game and win the competition.
The game also includes 10 Special Request cards.
For a variation, you can play with one or two of these cards.
They feature special conditions which, if realized, will make you earn or lose City Council votes.
